80th Branch

An otherwise ordinary looking West Blue Marine Base for an otherwise extraordinary phenomenon that surrounds it. Only since last year after Roger's execution has a mysterious purple fog begun to patrol around the vicinity of the 80th Branch (leaving the base alone particularly), disappearing any ships that sail into it, never to be seen again. Its presence is so constant, the route it takes in specific days are memorized by the Marines in the base for safe departures and arrivals. Despite the interferences that comes from this anomaly, the Marines from this base maintain a presence in the surrounding areas whilst attempting to decipher this mysterious curse afflicted upon them. Finding the need to communicate with the archaic method of messengers as communications are static at most.
